Il ristorante si sviluppa su due piani, ognuno con un’identità distinta:
Il Piano Terra: Ospita la sala principale con una magnifica cucina a vista e la cantina di vini più grande della regione. È il luogo ideale per una cena formale che si trasforma in vera e propria experience culinaria, ma non solo.
Il Piano Superiore (Salotto Lounge): Un’atmosfera più soffusa, ispirata agli anni ’70, con musica dal vivo, un bar sofisticato e una terrazza sul Burj Khalifa.
Sotto la guida di chef di fama internazionale, il menu celebra i classici italiani con ingredienti di altissima qualità, spesso importati direttamente dall’Italia.
Uno degli elementi distintivi di Chic Nonna è la sua straordinaria offerta vinicola. La Wine Cellar è una struttura di design che ospita migliaia di etichette, dalle piccole realtà artigianali italiane alle più prestigiose “riserve” mondiali.
